If he had paid what he owed from the start then he and his friends’ dirty little secrets wouldn’t have been so publicized. But then again, maybe they like the publicity – be it good or bad. They could be banking on the fact that Filipinos are quick to forgive and forget. After all, both Ruffa Gutierrez and Lolit Solis still have a career in the Philippines after being involved in the Manila Film Fest scam. It seems Gabby Concepcion is even trying to make his nth attempt at a comeback.
