For those like me who didn’t watch the recent Bb. Pilipinas pageant but is curious as to what the fuss on Janina San Miguel (Bb. Pilipinas World 2008) is all about, watch this:

What do you think? I thought the question was pretty simple. Maybe she was just nervous. She should have just answered in Filipino. But what do I know I’ve never been on a pageant.

It reminds me of this other pageant video I saw before. At least Janina’s native language isn’t English. What’s Ms. South Carolina’s excuse? But then again, that’s why Ms. South Carolina didn’t win. So how come Janina won?
