Mr. Tsiken and I feel really fortunate that an opportunity to pursue greener pastures crossed our paths though we’re a little bit guilty since we’re probably contributing to our country’s brain drain. So to make up, we wanted to share the gift of education to the less fortunate children of our country.Â
For only P450.00 per month, we sponsored a child with World Vision Philippines. This gives them access to education, good health and nutrition, values formation, child rights protection, children’s participation in decision-making process skills and leadership training; and community development projects.
For a lot of us working professionals abroad, P450 is an affordable expense and we might not even notice that cost if it’s being charged automatically to our credit cards.Â
This Christmas, for P1000.00, we can even give our sponsored child a Noche Buena pack and make a family happy this Christmas.
