I&#039;d recommend the roasted spring chicken for those who, like my husband, are not fond of steamed chicken (though chicken rice is really all about the white chicken.)

Also try the crab and sea cucumber soup.  It comes with a separate vinegar seasoning that you can put in the soup.  I love vinegar so this is a hit to me.  
The cereal prawns are also good.
