i was rejected for e-pass and my agent didnt give me my details that she input on key-in..do i still have any options where i can get my details? can i request it on mom?

HI,

I have a friend who worked in singapore 2 years ago, her contract is for 2 years but she has to go home & cancelled her epass after working for 1 year. she didn’t have any violation or what so ever. she even processed all necessary exit documents before going back to the Phils. can she still get a new one (epass)? one of the agencies where she applied for work recently told her that if you already had an epass and cancelled it, you’re not going to be granted a new one by MOM. is that true?

sir,

when is the right time to apply EPEC, while you were in Philippines or during the 30days stay in SG? MOM stated apply if you’re ready, meaning prior to the travel???

MOM state this:

“You may apply for EPEC if you hold acceptable tertiary/professional qualifications. You should apply only when you are ready to come to Singapore. ”

Hi I am a Civil Engineer. I just secured a job with a world biggest consultancy which has office in Singapore. Initially the company is offered me a 06 months contract. I fall in category P2 EP pass. I have a Master’s Degree from Belarus a former state of Russia. I have about 10 yrs of working experience and salary package they offered is about 6000 S$. Company is very well established in Singapore with turnover of over 15 million S$. I want to know that what are my chances to get the EP.

Im in Philippines right now, I just want to ask if I got 2 employer in singapore and both are asking for my EPASS requirements can I send my documents to both of them and then I’ll just wait whoever gets my EPASS first thats the employer that Im going to take, what are the problems in MOM if they found out that 2 companies are applying for my EPASS?
